Not enough exercises
It is hard to find an app w all the exercises my PT has prescribed. I imagine all r pretty new & will improve & the best will be the one w the most exercises
Unusable
App wont let me create a username and password, which are required to use the app.
Helping me rehab my rotator cuff.
My Therapist set up the exercises he wanted me to do at home and work. The reminders help me do those exercises - much better than the papers I used to be given. Good app! Highly recommended.
